Street Safety Training classes offer much more than Sit, Stay and Come.  You and your dog will be exposed to REAL LIFE situations. Within these classes, you are given the necessary tools to manage your dog on and off lead, establish your alpha role in your dog’s life, create a true bond between you and your dog; all without the use of treats or other masking tools.

Why be confined in a small room or gymnasium when that is not the reality of our world or our dog’s world? As all classes are held outdoors, be prepared to move! Comfy clothing is a must as well as appropriate footwear. Classes run an hour and a half in length and run throughout the year… rain, snow or shine.

Classes run for 8 weeks with 2 classes a week for a total of 16 classes. They are held in different locations throughout Burlington. As CTE's we do not do Puppy, Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced classes. Nor do we discriminate against breed, size or the age of a dog. All dogs and temperments are welcome.

Cost: $500 for 1 dog, $800 for two dogs from same household ($200 savings) Extra humans free as I encourage as many family members or friends that are dealing with the dog to join

Individual one on one lessons are available. I will evaluate you and your dog in your     home environment for 2 hours and address any concerns you are having. We generallytake the session outside as well.  Again I encourage all family members to be present.

Challenge yourself and your dog and get fit together as we embark on a new adventure each week.  It's always a great time of year to be outside woth your dog.  This unique opportunity for human and dog socialization uses the benefits and inspiration of nature and the great outdoors to help dog owners to learn:

6Legs to Fitness™ is a dynamic, breath taking experience that is good for your heart, lungs, core stability and every muscle group in your body. The best part is your dog is right along side of you!  Training and fitness combined.    Why be stuck in the gym with your dog at home...get outside for your workout and have your dog join!

Drop in fee is $15 or an 11 Class punch card for $150 (that's 1 class free)

Both private and group walks are available in Burlington and area.

$20 for an 1 hr (min) off-leash hike or a 45 min on-leash adventure.

Going away and don’t want to leave your dog in a busy kennel?  I will let your dog stay with me and Avalanche to ensure they are exercised and well taken care of.
